Subject: Kanji Power Handbook for the JLPT
I have this book called the Kanji Power Handbook for the Japanese Language Proficiency Test.
by ALC

It has all the Kanji for all levels of the test. It gives the readings, the level, and vocabulary. It also has the meaning of the Kanji in English, Chinese, and Korean. Kyouiku Kanji are listed in red. The characters can be looked up by their reading (yomikata).

There are some others sections as well. One is about the history of Kanji. One is the stroke order rules. One is about radicals. And more. Those sections are all written in Japanese with furigana.

This is a nice book to have as a reference.
