Subject: seven things people want to own.
I believe it is not a sentence, but seven separate words.
Each word has its own meaning. For example, the first word from the right side means
”For ever”. Next time I will translate each word.Thanks

Subject: seven hopes
These are seven things people want to be or to own.

The first character(from left side):
Hero or some one has great ability.

The second character:
Prosperous

The third character:
peaceful; quiet;

The fourth character:
Of high rank; noble

The fifth character:
Morally; lofty or upright

The sixth character:
Kind heartedness; virtue; moral character; integrity

The seventh character:
Good things exist permanent.

Of course each character is not limited to the meaning listed up.
People can explain the characters to some meanings they love.
